uVegas – End User License Agreement

License Scope

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all software assets published under the uVegas brand unless a product-specific license is explicitly provided.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any uVegas product, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

This license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial development right to use uVegas assets as part of your own game or application development.

Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

Integrate uVegas assets into your own projects.
Modify source code for internal development.
Publish games or applications containing uVegas assets.
Distribute compiled software builds including uVegas assets.
Customize networking, gameplay, or logic internally.

Prohibited Use

Redistribution

Do not resell or redistribute uVegas assets as standalone products.
Do not publish uVegas source code for redistribution.
Do not upload uVegas assets to other marketplaces.

Platform and SaaS Restrictions

Do not operate public platform services based primarily on uVegas assets without written authorization.
White-label backend hosting or service replication using uVegas technology is prohibited.

Reverse Engineering

Do not extract proprietary architecture, algorithms, or design implementations for commercial resale.

Server Usage

You may deploy dedicated servers for your own applications using uVegas assets.

Redistribution of server binaries, hosting services derived from uVegas assets, or commercial backend service offerings are prohibited without explicit written permission.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with the author. This license does not transfer ownership of uVegas software assets.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

The author is not responsible for network failures, deployment issues, or commercial performance outcomes.

License Termination

This license may be terminated if the Agreement is violated. Upon termination, you must cease using uVegas assets and remove them from distribution.

Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading any uVegas product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
