uVegas – End User License Agreement

License Scope

This End User License Agreement applies to all software code, graphical assets, audio assets, and development resources published under the uVegas brand unless a product-specific license is explicitly provided.

This license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial development right to integrate uVegas assets into proprietary games, applications, or interactive software.

Permitted Use

Integrate assets into commercial or private development projects.
Modify source code internally for development purposes.
Publish finished applications containing uVegas assets.
Distribute compiled builds of your own software.
Use assets in gameplay, marketing materials, and recordings.
Customize networking, logic, or gameplay implementation internally.

Prohibited Use

Redistribution

Reselling or redistributing assets as standalone products is prohibited.
Publishing source code derived from uVegas assets is prohibited.
Uploading assets to third-party marketplaces is prohibited.

Platform and SaaS Services

Operating public platform services primarily built upon uVegas assets without written authorization is prohibited.
White-label hosting, backend service resale, or infrastructure replication based on uVegas technology is prohibited.

Reverse Engineering

Extracting proprietary algorithms, architecture, or design implementations for commercial resale is prohibited.

Server Usage

You may deploy dedicated servers for applications developed using uVegas assets.

Redistribution of server binaries, commercial backend hosting services, or network infrastructure derived from uVegas technology is prohibited without explicit written authorization.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with the author. This license does not transfer ownership of uVegas software, audio, or graphical assets.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

The author is not responsible for integration failures, network issues, or commercial performance results.

License Termination

Violation of this Agreement may result in license termination. Upon termination, you must cease using uVegas assets and remove them from distribution where reasonably possible.

Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any uVegas product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
